About This Oil
Our White Truffle infused olive oil is the more intense of our two truffle oils; stronger, more pungent, and with distinctive garlicky undertones that set it apart from the softer Black Truffle. An excellent finishing oil for potatoes, pasta, polenta, or risotto, it also works beautifully with Dijon mustard in vinaigrettes. The combination of beef carpaccio, shaved Parmesan, bitter greens, thinly sliced raw mushrooms, and Sicilian Lemon white balsamic laced with this white truffle oil is nothing short of heavenly. Use it sparingly — this is a finishing oil, not a cooking oil, and a few drops are all you need.
