Our Mushroom & Sage infused EVOO begins with a soft and delicate porcini flavour that is beautifully balanced by just enough fresh sage to give it an earthy, smooth aroma. Try it to dress gnocchi, pasta, or risotto. We can’t get enough of it in Gruyère and mushroom omelettes. While it’s wonderful as a finishing oil for braised or grilled meats, we especially recommend it in soups and stews where the earthy depth really shines.
