With perfectly balanced sweet and sour notes, hints of prune and caramel, and a creamy, lingering finish, this dark balsamic is a favourite among staff and customers alike. Made from a high percentage of Lambrusco, Sangiovese, and Trebbiano grapes slowly cooked into a rich grape must base, then blended with barrel-aged Sangiovese wine vinegar, it delivers a premium balsamic experience.
