Early harvest & hand picked

Our olives are harvested while still green for maximum polyphenols and fresh flavour. Most commercial oils use overripe olives that yield more volume and almost no polyphenol quality that EVOO is truly known for.

Crushed within 24 hours

From tree to oil in under a day. The longer the gap between harvest and crushing, the more flavour and nutrition is lost. Our oils are made at peak freshness.

Every oil we carry comes with verified chemistry markers confirming it genuinely meets International Olive Council extra virgin olive oil standards.

It’s been a couple of years since we discovered Olive That.....what a great selection of gourmet, high quality products they have. Visiting the store is always a pleasure. The team there is amazing....so knowledgeable and provide exceptional service on each visit. We purchased one of their surprise box packages in the spring and the selection of oils, vinegars and pantry items which had been carefully curated for us was fabulous. All the time it must have taken showed with the personalized selection. It was a great way to try some new products....the apricot balsamic was a lovely treat and I have been using the Italian lemon olive oil in a lemon pasta dish that is one of our favourites and it really boosted the flavours. My two favourite combinations are the blood orange/cranberry pear and the Persian lime/cucumber melon and I can’t imagine dressing a salad without them! Thank you Olive That for your superior service and unique products.....can’t wait for my next visit!

Recently they had a promotion for surprise boxes !! I chose ‘to be surprised’ with a wide variety in taste and WOW !! Everything has been great !! I’ve previously enjoyed Tuscan Herb EVOO - (amazing every where you want Italian - but in particular used in a vinaigrette 🖤)(a friend of mine uses it instead of butter when making any noodles & sauce 🤘😎👍) I highly recommend starting there !! Truffle chips are an addictive indulgence !! I currently am playing around with white balsamic essences which are amazing - and of course - as you can imagine the regular aged balsamic is so rich and fabulous !!
I have NOT yet been to the actual place in person.. but I know 2 people who have and they said - plan an afternoon, to taste Heaven every few minutes !! (Truffle chips are a great palate cleanser 🤷‍♀️)
I sooo look forward to my first visit !!

Searching on line for a gift for someone in the Toronto area. I came across Olive That! They had a great product list and carried exactly what I was looking for. A flavored Balsamic vinegar. Ordering from Florida was simple and Olive That! went above my expectations. Not only did Ms. Munshi the manager keep me updated on my order but she made sure it was beautifully packaged, delivered on time and directly to the recipient, who was also impressed. Olive That! customer service? Top notch! The birthday gal who received the gift will update me later on the vinegar itself , but considering how Olive That! handled my order from start to finish I am sure they offer only quality products. The next time I make a trip to Canada I hope to stop in and check out all the tasty items they offer, for myself.

I return regularly to pick up one of my two current favourite types of olive oil. They are so healthy and delicious on toast, for dipping, and over a salad.

It's a real bonus to be welcomed by name each time I return. In the age of anonymous on-line and big-box shopping, it's such a joy to be greeted warmly by a local merchant like Taz who cares enough about her customers to make the effort to remember names and preferences! That's such a refreshing upgrade from the experience of buying assembly-line olive oil at a big box grocery store.
