About This Oil
This all-natural Peperoncino Garlic fused olive oil is made by crushing hand-picked olives, garlic, and peperoncino peppers together in the same press, allowing the essential oils from all three ingredients to harmonize simultaneously. The base is our robust Italian Coratina extra virgin olive oil, known for its high polyphenol content and bold flavour profile. The result is an intensely flavoured oil with a heat that builds and lingers 10 to 15 seconds after the initial taste. A little goes a long way.
