About This Oil
This all-natural Cayenne fused olive oil is produced by crushing hand-picked olives and cayenne peppers simultaneously in the same press, with no added essences or artificial flavours. This process allows the essential oils from the peppers to fully harmonize with the olive oil from the very first press. Produced in the Murcia region of Spain — a Southeast coastal, sub-tropical region known for its premium citrus, peppers, and aromatic herbs — the result is an intensely flavoured oil with a heat that builds slowly and lingers long after the initial taste. Proceed with caution, a little goes a very long way.
