Dark Chocolate Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Torino is known throughout Europe for its high quality chocolate. Aceto Varvello blended high quality chocolate (whole ingredient) with the Traditional 18yr Style base vinegar to create a velvety rich version of Chocolate Balsamic.  The flavor is enormous, and similar to wine, you will notice sophisticated mid­-notes and a long finish one would expect from high quality chocolate. The vinegar’s fruity and prune-y centre notes pair perfectly with the chocolate. Use for marinating meats such as pork, topping gelato or use as an ingredient to replace sugar in your favourite baked goods.
