Tips Substitute for melted butter in muffin, cake, and quick bread recipes using a 1:1 ratio. For recipes calling for solid or creamed butter, use ¾ of the amount called for; so if the recipe calls for 1 cup butter, use ¾ cup of this oil instead. Either way, you get a lighter, dairy-free result with a subtle richness. Also makes the most delicious popcorn, drizzle generously straight from the bottle.

1Can I taste this oil before I buy?

Absolutely! We offer a guided tasting experience at both our Whitby and Markham locations so you can taste everything before you commit to a bottle. Flavour is personal and we want to make sure you'll love what you're taking home.

2What sizes are available?

All of our infused and fused olive oils are available in four sizes: 60ml sample, 200ml small, 375ml medium, and 750ml large. Not sure how much you'll use? Start with a sample or small to find your favourites, then move up in size.

3What are the ingredients?

Our infused olive oils contain 100% extra virgin olive oil and natural flavours. Our fused olive oils contain 100% extra virgin olive oil pressed with natural ingredients. All products are free of artificial colours, preservatives, and additives. 100% vegan and gluten free.

4Is there nutritional information available?

Per 1 tablespoon (15ml) serving: Total Fat 14g, Saturated Fat 2g, Trans Fat 0g, Cholesterol 0mg, Sodium 0mg, Total Carbohydrate 0g, Protein 0g. Not a significant source of Vitamin D, Calcium, Iron, or Potassium.

5How should I store my olive oil?

Keep it in a cool dark cupboard away from heat, light, and air. Avoid storing next to the stove or on a sunny countertop. Our bottles are dark-tinted to help protect the oil. Keep sealed airtight when not in use.

6How long will this oil last?

Properly stored, your oil will stay fresh for 12 to 18 months from purchase. The sooner you use it the better the flavour. Our best advice is to start with a smaller bottle to gauge how quickly you go through it.

7Do you offer refills?

We don't offer refills. Bottles are difficult to clean thoroughly and any residue or moisture can cause a fresh oil to spoil prematurely. We recommend recycling your empty bottles and keeping the corks, they fit most wine bottles!
