Mild Intensity Turkish Ayvalik EVOO (Oct 2020)

This oil is a fantastic, complex, robust oil with a great depth of flavour. It has a wonderful anise-like herbal aroma along with fresh-cut-grass, green banana, mint, cinnamon and black pepper flavours. It is very floral with complimentary ripe flavours of tropical fruit and nuts. The balance between fruitiness, bitterness and pungency is perfect. It is wonderfully balanced with a freshness that sings.
