Medium Intensity South African Mission EVOO (May 2022)
A delightful, flowery aroma is followed up with the smooth, ripe fruitiness flavours of nutty sweet almond, sweet butter, and ripe apple. It also has many fresh, spicy green flavours of fresh-cut grass, herbs, a little mint and cinnamon, but especially green apple. It has low bitterness and just the right amount of pungency.
