This Nocellara is vibrant with a beautiful sweet, flowery, fresh-fruit and fresh-cut-grass aroma. It is well balanced with lots of fruitiness, some bitterness, and notable pungency. The flavour is buttery, nutty, spicy and herbal, with pronounced undertones of ripe tropical fruits, green apple, banana, mint, cinnamon and citrus, with a round, full-mouth feel. The finish is pleasant black pepper with a chili pepper zing.
