Made from unfiltered Italian watermelon pulp, this amazing whole fruit rosé balsamic pays homage to the bright, refreshing ingredients of spring and summer. The perfect pair for summer spritzers, cocktails and shrubs. Pair with the Basil infused olive oil and enjoy this product as a delicious vinaigrette for any summer fruit salad. Drizzle over feta.  Use as an ingredient in homemade popsicles and keep things healthy. Reduce over low heat and use as a reduction to finish pan seared sea scallops.

Shake before use as fruit sediment will settle.  Once shaken, product will disburse evenly.  Store in a cool dark place like cupboard or pantry.
