Robust Intensity Spanish Koroneiki EVOO (Oct 2022)
This is a well balanced robust oil with strong pungency, fresh fruitiness, and nice bitterness. The aroma is tropical and of dark-green, dry herbs. The fruitiness has a bit of ripe banana, but is dominated by green banana, green tea, and nettle. The flavours together are quite complex.
