Harvested at perfect maturity, this is an extremely complex, balanced oil with a wonderful floral aroma of fresh tropical fruit. This oil has many ripe and green fruit flavours with some bitterness, significant pungency, and strong fruitiness. It is nutty, buttery, tropical, and citrusy – along with herbal flavours of green apple, artichoke, mint, cinnamon, and black pepper.
