Medium Intensity Italian Ogliarola EVOO (Oct 2020)

This medium oil has a wonderful perfumed, herbaceous, floral aroma and a very complex ripe and green olive fruit flavour combination.  It tastes of tropical fruit and ripe berries with an overriding zing of many different herbaceous flavours – especially fresh-cut-grass, green banana, mint, cinnamon, black pepper and chili pepper.  It is spicy, very fresh, and perfectly balanced.
