FUNKY FUNGHI Risotto with Lion’s Mane Mushrooms and Beets 225g

Ingredients: Arborio Rice*, Lion's Mane Mushrooms, Onion*, Garlic*, Beets*,Tomato*, Spices*, Citric Acid.

What to do: Add 5 cups stock of choice to a pot. Bring to a boil. Stir in contents of this pouch. Simmer on medium-low heat for 22-25 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper.

Chef's Tip: Remove from heat, add butter of choice and a cup of parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast and give it a good stir. Top with roasted beets and goat cheese.
