Our Barolo wine vinegar is made with D.O.C.G. (denomination of origin certified and guaranteed) Barolo wine according to traditional methods and aged in oak casks. This bright and fragrant vinegar expresses the clean and distinctive notes of Barolo wine. With a subtle orange-red colour, this vinegar is the perfect all-around accompaniment for classic salads, reductions and the perfect complement for grilled chicken or beef.
