This is a fantastic medium-robust, early-harvest oil with aromas of fresh-cut grass, green banana, fresh herbs, green apple, cinnamon, and black pepper. Perfectly balanced, with just a touch of ripe fruit characteristics, it is especially floral with many complex green herbal flavours and perfectly balanced fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. It is fresh, crisp, and clean in the mouth.Â
