Ingredients
- 4 oz gin of choice
- 8 oz soda water
- 2 tbsp Santorini Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 wedges fresh lemon or lime for garnish
- ice as needed
Instructions
- Divide the gin, soda water, and balsamic equally between two tumbler-style glasses.
- Add enough ice cubes to fill each glass, bringing the liquid level to about ¼ inch from the top.
- Garnish each glass with a citrus wedge.
- Serve immediately.
