Pomegranate Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Pomegranate is a perpetual favourite; it has a distinctive flavor that we adore. It pairs fantastic with lemonade, meat and fruits. The delicious flavor of pomegranate is both tart and sweet,  characteristics that perfectly complement a dark balsamic. This aged balsamic is sweet and  succulent, with a velvety rich mouth­feel. Excellent as a glaze for lamb, it also produces an  incredible reduction that is delicious on salmon or when drizzled over fresh fruits.
