Blending together Italian raspberry puree and our rich condimento base, the delicate raspberry puree appears in mouth balancing the grape must and adding plum and jammy sensations. Unlike many flavoured dark balsamic vinegar, the raspberry balsamic condimento is delicate and fruity with hints of raspberry adding character to any vinaigrette using our mono cultivar EVOO.
