Ingredients: Arborio Rice*, Oyster Mushrooms*, Garlic*, Onion*, Tomato*, Citric Acid, Pepper*.

What to do: Add 5 cups stock of choice to a pot. Bring to a boil, Stir in contents of this pouch. Simmer on medium-low heat for 22-25 minutes stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper.

Chef's Tip: Remove from heat, add butter of choice and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast. Give it a good stir and top with fresh sautéed mushrooms.
