Tradizionale di Reggio Emilia, our Traditional Style condimento has everything you would expect in a world class balsamic: the perfect balance of sweet and sour, notes of prune and caramel and a creamy texture that extends into a long finish in mouth. Made from fruit forward Italian Lambrusco, Sangiovese and Trebbiano grapes which are slowly cooked to create grape must, a high quality barrel aged Sangiovese wine vinegar is later added for a certification.
