1 cup sun dried tomatoes, packed in oil
1 cup roasted almonds
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1/2 cup Olive That Basil Infused Olive Oil
4 cups cooked pasta (Any of Olive That’s Artisanal Pasta Brands)
1) To make pesto, add sun dried tomatoes, almonds, basil, rosemary, Parmesan, garlic to a food processor. Begin pulsing while slowly adding olive oil in a thin drizzle.
2) Toss pasta with pesto and serve with fresh chopped basil, Parmesan and an extra drizzle of Olive That Basil Infused Olive Oil.
